General FAQ:

I'm ordering as a gift for my friend so I don't know what's the feet measurement. What should I do?
You can order based on age. Typically 0-3 months is about 4 inches, 3-6 months is about 4.5 inches and 6-12 months is about 5 inches.

What is the bottom sole of the shoes?
I use the non-slip grip material.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Usually it takes about 3-5 days to make them depending on how busy I am with the orders. But I will try to make sure you will received your order within a week. 

What is your shipping provider?
I usually ship the item using first class mail (except if the buyer chose Priority Mail), it usually takes about 2-3 days to get there.

How to check my order status?
Please visit: http://shop.babysoftshoes.com/pages/orderstatus you can view how many more shoes I have to make before your order. Usually it takes me about 3-5 business days to finish/ship your item.

What kind of payment method do you accept?
I accept PayPal, Google Checkout, Personal Check, Money Order.

Do you have any special gift wrap?
Yes, I do have a little pocket/bag that can be purchased for $1 only.

Can you ship the shoes international?
Yes, but the price of the shipping will be different. Please contact me if you are outside of US.

What's your exchange or return policy?
* I want my product to be of the highest quality. If you have any issues with the quality of your shoes please let me know and we will try to work something out.
* Due to the custom nature of my business, returns will only be evaluated on a case-by-case situation and are not guaranteed.
* Any inquiry (other than quality issues) into a return must be received within 7 days from the date the item was received by the buyer. After 7 days no return will be possible.
* Monogrammed items are not allowed to be returned (except for quality issues).
* Shipping costs for any return is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance.
