Hi, first of all pardon my grammar.. one of my weakness is english grammar. Let's start, my name is Destri my husband name is Carson. We have a beautiful smart baby girl name Carissa, she was born on the fourth of July at 11:58am. She's the cutest baby I've ever seen! :) having her in our family is the biggest blessing we've ever got. She's such a joy! :)

I was born in Jakarta, the capital city of Indonesia. Came to US when I was 18 years old, for education purposes. So many people asked me why I chose Ames, IA.. I'm sorry... I didn't choose it.. my brother & my mom chose it.

So I went to Iowa State University and I got my BFA in graphic design in May '03.since then I work as a Graphic Designer here and there... and ended up becoming a Home Engineer (a.k.a stay at home mom). :)

Met my soul mate in 2003... got engaged in 2004 and got married in 2005. :) I think that's it for now... I'll add more someday :)
